Returns
We truly hope that you are happy with your Pretty Cosy Homeware purchase. If, however for any reason you are not, we will happily offer a refund within 10 days of you receiving your order (excluding original delivery charge).
Should you need a refund, please email us on the email below stating clearly your reason for returning the item.
All items must be returned in the condition that you received them - clearly unused and in their original packaging.
When returning your item please ensure that the order number is clearly written on the packaging. Please ensure that the item that you are returning is packaged well as we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during transit. Any damage caused on it's return to us may result in us not being able to process a refund. We also require you to track the item you are returning to us and provide us with tracking details. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing on their return to us. Covering the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of you, the customer.
Please note that our products are handmade and some imperfections may naturally occur at times. We believe that this adds to their character!
We always check each and every item before it is packed and sent on it's way to you but if it arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot act upon any damages that have been reported after 24 hours of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of any damages in order to claim from our couriers.
Imperfect Items
Please note that items sold in the 'Imperfect Items' section on our website are clearly labelled as being imperfect. They have been heavily discounted and are therefore NON - REFUNDABLE.
